This “This or That” video was created as a recruitment piece for Hinkle Law Firm, designed to tap into a trending social media format that highlights employee personalities in a quick, engaging way. As Marketing Coordinator, I produced, filmed, and edited the video to showcase the firm’s culture and team dynamics in a fun, approachable format. Shared across Instagram and LinkedIn, this trend-based content helped humanize the brand and attract potential applicants by offering a glimpse into everyday life at the firm.
