In my typography class, we were tasked with creating an original typeface inspired by an existing one. The goal was to study the structure, rhythm, and personality of the chosen typeface, then reinterpret those elements in a unique and personal way.
Below is the original typeface I selected for inspiration, followed by the typeface I designed based on its core characteristics.
