For this assignment, we were tasked with designing a newspaper article layout using Adobe InDesign, complete with a headline, subheadline, photo, caption, and pull quote. To fill the body of the article, I chose to repurpose a personal essay I had written for a previous class, which tells the story of the relationship between my boyfriend and me—the same couple featured in the accompanying photo. This project allowed me to blend meaningful content with thoughtful design, creating a layout that feels both personal and editorially polished.
